We are currently looking for ladies and gentleman alike that society has deemed undesirable. You are beautiful. You know it. We know it. So now is the time to not hide your looks, but flaunt them.
We are organizing a full 12-month calendar to be sold citywide and we need models. Models like you!
Don't let the other clans oppress you any longer. Volunteer now and say "to HELL with the masquerade".

My friends Justin, Jamie, and I are currently are planning to organize a 12-month Nosferatu "pin-up" style calendar.

The idea was birthed at the last VtM game, as a joke, while I was doing Justin's make-up .
After some thinking and brainstorming we think it would actually be really fun idea. We want to get some people who are interested in modeling and who don't mind being uglied and/or bloodied up scout out some sites and hold a few photo shoots.

We will soon be looking for people who are interested in being models for the calendar. There aren't really any requirements, but we do have some suggestions for people who are interested.

1) You MUST be over 18.
The reason we ask people to be 18 or older is because it's more so a legal issue. All models will have to sign a waiver, giving us permission to use the images we take of them for the calendar. If someone where under 18 than they would have to have their parents or legal guardians sign the waiver, and it's just something that we don't want to deal with.

2) You can be female or male.
We are equal opportunists and are looking for both men and women to model.

3) You must be mature and be able to act in a professional manner

If you aren't familiar with what a pin-up is, take the time to read the following [link] We aren't shooting sexually suggestive compositions. We are going for irony, not porn. But, some of the compositions might be a bit risqué. No one will be naked, but models will be showing some skin on most occasions. We are looking for people who can handle this fact in a mature and responsible way. As well as people who are open and responsive to our organizers and photographers.
*Also note that (especially for females) that the prosthetic work may be applied to the chest, thigh, hip areas etc. You will be asked if anything makes you uncomfortable before hand.

4) You should have a good sense of humor
If you haven't caught the irony by now…We are shooting a pin-up style calendar for beings that are not AT ALL pin up material. You could be the most B-E-A-utifle person in the world, but once we are done with you are going to be covered in liquid latex, rubber prosthetics and fake blood. You are going to look hideous…like a nosferatu.
We need people who are willing to leave their vanity at the door and are willing to have a good time and make the photo-shoots as fun as possible.



5) You must be patient

Anyone who has done, or has had prosthetic and latex work done on them knows that it is a slightly lengthy process. You may have to sit still for an extended amount of time depending on the degree of proth work that is done.

6) Be creative and vocal

Once we have our models gathered than we will start discussing wardrobe, make-up work, and compositions. We want people who are willing to voice their opinions and give suggestions. Also, if an idea for a composition or wardrobe choice makes you uncomfortable, we want you to voice that as well. We want this project to be fun and creative for everyone who participates.



Prosthetic and make up artists:
We are also looking for people who can do prosthetic and make-up work. If you have experience with either we encourage you to volunteer. (We will ask you for some photos or examples of your work)


Calendar sales/ distribution:

We haven't arrived to the conclusion weather these calendars will be for sale, or if they will be freebies at various events. Once we have our team fully assembled we will discuss this as a group.
